Gustavo Gol scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Will Muralhas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ian Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Will Muralhas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Gol in the 27th minute of play. Edvin van der Saar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Tribos 4EVER's Tiago Pitta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Elivélton Valle, made in the 33rd minute of the game. A collision led to SE Palmeiras getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Roberto Andrade hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tribos 4EVER's Gustavo Gol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Will Muralhas. That made the score 3-0 after 46 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustavo Gol made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Faria in the 58th minute of play forced SE Palmeiras's goalkeeper Will Muralhas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oswaldo Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Will Muralhas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Gol in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, SE Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Faria came free, but Will Muralhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Gustavo Gol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Will Muralhas was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Will Muralhas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Will Muralhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Gol in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, SE Palmeiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Vieira to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, SE Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Faria came free, but Will Muralhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christiano Baiano charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
