After a rather tough play, SC Bertioga's Izydor Domalik got a free kick in the 5th minute. Bruninho Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamilton Ramos in the 8th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, SC Bertioga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Drăgănoiu to maneuver through the defense. Luís Paulo Carneiro struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Bruninho Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Select Player. Gildo de Lima came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jailson Antunes could save by the left post. In the 20th minute Lars Flem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruninho Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gildo de Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jailson Antunes made a huge save. In the 25th minute, SC Bertioga's Gildo de Lima dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Elg in the 34th minute of play forced Select Player's goalkeeper Jailson Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes, Select Player's Luís Paulo Carneiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bruninho Vaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Select Player reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Flem in the 46th minute of play forced SC Bertioga's goalkeeper Bruninho Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Select Player made a substitution. Giovani Sena replaced Lars Flem. The wind increased when Alf Elg made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Baltasar Txerran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute of the match Serafim Queiroz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jailson Antunes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 59th match minute, Select Player was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho de Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Flavio Troiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Anderson Pombal came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the SC Bertioga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anderson Pombal couldn't finish the play. After 66 minutes, Alf Elg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Bertioga and the Select Player players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes SC Bertioga got a freekick which was hit by Alf Elg. With an all-out effort, Select Player's Bruninho Vaz threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Selçuk Ülger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gildo de Lima in the 72nd minute of play forced Select Player's goalkeeper Jailson Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Gildo de Lima made a precise shot to the right of Jailson Antunes. Select Player's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. SC Bertioga's Bruninho Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selçuk Ülger in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SC Bertioga's Serafim Queiroz got a free kick in the 77th minute. Bruninho Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selçuk Ülger in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of SC Bertioga booed when Select Player was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Gildo de Lima notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Select Player's Jailson Antunes. Jailson Antunes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 93 played minutes Select Player got a freekick which was hit by Chiquinho de Queiroz. With 98 minutes on the clock, Serafim Queiroz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 97 minutes into the game, one of SC Bertioga:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. SC Bertioga were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Select Player for a fine match.
