Zé Carlos Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Arlindo Rosado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Carrao fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Melchor Paublo scored 6-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Carlos Hermes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zé Carlos Hermes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonardo Barreto's late challenge caught a Villa Carrao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The crowd rose to their feet as Maurício Machado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zé Carlos Hermes. That made the score 11-0 in the 46 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 11-0.

The wind increased when Melchor Paublo made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Zheng Cheng Qi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Carlos Hermes. Flu Lawyers Soccer Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zheng Cheng Qi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. 55 minutes into the match, Melchor Paublo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Carlos Hermes. Zé Carlos Hermes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gürhan İlenç hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The supporters of Villa Carrao booed when Flu Lawyers Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléberson Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Flu Lawyers Soccer Club defense, Zheng Cheng Qi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Carlos Hermes. The Flu Lawyers Soccer Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Carlos Hermes should have stopped the shot.
