C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Albertinho de Amaral came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Coelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Medeiros in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Gilberto Soeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pégasus F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Soeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qiao Ang Le in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Coelho saved Xurupita FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Pégasus F. C.'s Bebeto Medeiros got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gustavo Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Soeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the game, one of Xurupita FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 37 minutes, Pégasus F. C.'s Qiao Ang Le got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gustavo Coelho. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 52nd minute of the match Xurupita FC got a corner. Pégasus F. C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emerson Jacaré ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pégasus F. C.'s Samuca Tepedino was substituted for Paulo José Barral. Pégasus F. C. made a substitution. Adrian Czornomaz replaced Gilberto Soeiro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Czornomaz in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Coelho saved Xurupita FC from getting behind. Xurupita FC's Gustavo Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiao Ang Le in the 69th minute of play. Célio Maranhense struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Umberto Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xurupita FC. Xurupita FC made a substitution. Valer Muscaș replaced 姜响昆. Pégasus F. C. made a substitution. Kurt Groll replaced Qiao Ang Le. Xurupita FC made a substitution. Christian Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto Cunha having to interfere. Gustavo Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Sharkin in the 79th minute of the match. When Pégasus F. C.'s Kurt Groll in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xurupita FC's goalie prevented a goal. 96 minutes into the match, Xurupita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Czornomaz came free, but Gustavo Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
