Fluxo's Iratze Toxeiro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cecilio Manny, made in the 4th minute of the game. With a little luck, Fluxo's Walmyr de Lara got control of the ball when Cecilio Manny tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute, Kléber de Mendonça ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yan do Valle was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Renatinho de Lima made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fluxo's Carlinhos de Almeida. Ubatuba's Yan do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléber de Mendonça in the 15th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Fluxo's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Ambrosetti came free, but Walmyr de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fluxo's Eriberto Valadares got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Eriberto Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yan do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kléber de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Valadares came free, but Yan do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walmyr de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Ambrosetti in the 38th minute of the match. Kléber de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd minute Natã do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmyr de Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viktor Ambrosetti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yan do Valle was a little too slow when Romário Catarinense got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 50th minute. The score was now 1-3. Walmyr de Lara came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ubatuba's Viktor Ambrosetti. But to his dismay, Viktor Ambrosetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Yan do Valle was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Eriberto Valadares capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eriberto Valadares really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. After 59 played minutes Fluxo got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Plichta. After 61 played minutes Fluxo got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar Peres. In the 61st minute Jiří Brázdil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmyr de Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute Romário Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Yan do Valle throw himself and got hold of the ball when Romário Catarinense in the 63rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The audience was convinced that Luiz Paulo Pereira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walmyr de Lara was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Kléber de Mendonça received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yan do Valle came out and tried to block the shot, but Kléber de Mendonça slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 71st minute. 79 minutes into the match, Romário Catarinense dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yan do Valle, 2-6. Viktor Ambrosetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Walmyr de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romário Catarinense in the 94th minute of play forced Ubatuba's goalkeeper Yan do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fluxo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
