FC Barrera 2.0's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Lucio Cebada scored to the left of an out of position CJ Buffon, making the score, 1-0. CJ Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Lukaku in the 9th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Lukaku in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg CJ Buffon saved FC Barrera 2.0 from getting behind. CJ Buffon made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Alberto Spencer sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the match, Dadá Maravilha notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s Egídio Salgado. Egídio Salgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 22nd minute of play forced ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s goalkeeper Egídio Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Dadá Maravilha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, FC Barrera 2.0's Dadá Maravilha made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egídio Salgado was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes into the match, ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s goal looked a bit too open when Marco Mendes came free, but Egídio Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Spencer to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dadá Maravilha got free with Egídio Salgado in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dadá Maravilha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egídio Salgado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Dadá Maravilha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egídio Salgado was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 58th minute Israel Frascuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but CJ Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Frascuelo made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Barrera 2.0's Válbson Vidal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Dadá Maravilha managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barrera 2.0's supporters rose to their feet, but Dadá Maravilha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egídio Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dadá Maravilha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egídio Salgado having to interfere. Egídio Salgado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá Maravilha's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. FC Barrera 2.0 made a substitution. Cacey Sharp replaced Dadá Maravilha. Silvio Maria made a great header on FC Barrera 2.0's corner, it was just that ⚽ VILA REAL F.ᑕ. MOC ⚽'s Egídio Salgado managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Mendes in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egídio Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Barrera 2.0 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
