Xurupita FC's Gustavo Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Dadá Maravilha made a precise shot to the right of Gustavo Coelho. Xurupita FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Dadá Maravilha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Dadá Maravilha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xurupita FC's Gustavo Coelho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gustavo Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Válbson Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Gustavo Coelho came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Barrera 2.0's Válbson Vidal. But to his dismay, Válbson Vidal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Gustavo Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Oberrauch in the 43rd minute of the match. CJ Buffon made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Lilian Vântu sent off a good shot on target. CJ Buffon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lilian Vântu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 48 minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.
