Biagio Furino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Betão Vargas went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Dagoberto Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlindo Silveira in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SE Tijolo 6 Furos's zone, Giovani Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dagoberto Veiga came out of the goal and Giovani Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dagoberto Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlindo Silveira in the 30th minute of play. Arlindo Silveira scored 2-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dagoberto Veiga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute SE Tijolo 6 Furos were awarded a corner. Luiz Eduardo Porto went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on SE Tijolo 6 Furos's corner Luiz Eduardo Porto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Biagio Furino quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arlindo Silveira in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dagoberto Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to SE Tijolo 6 Furos getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Betão Vargas hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Betão Vargas made a kick off. Biagio Furino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giovanni Custódio went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Vito Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's supporters rose to their feet, but Vito Nóbrega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Biagio Furino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Antônio Carlos Tasso was substituted for Juan Alvarenga. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Moisés Abraão was substituted for Vito Nóbrega. Antônio Carlos Tasso's late challenge caught a Paraná Clube Brasil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The audience was convinced that Giovanni Custódio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Biagio Furino was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 87th minute Giovanni Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Furino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes, Rafael Rosado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SE Tijolo 6 Furos and the Paraná Clube Brasil players grew even worse after the yellow card. The SE Tijolo 6 Furos fans cheered their team off the field, for while Paraná Clube Brasil had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
