Vivaldo Palmeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Littles's Roberto Lopes got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Littles's Vivaldo Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlindo Silveira in the 11th minute of play. Luís Fábio Siqueira's late challenge caught a Paraná Clube Brasil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Fábio Siqueira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Littles's Luís Fábio Siqueira got a free kick in the 12th minute. After some careless play in the Littles defense, Isidoro Felipillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vivaldo Palmeira. The Littles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vivaldo Palmeira should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Littles getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. André Jacinto hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the game, Paraná Clube Brasil's Giovani Batista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vivaldo Palmeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Vivaldo Palmeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giovani Batista's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Serginho Munhoz took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vivaldo Palmeira. Vivaldo Palmeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 36 minutes into the match, Frederico Pontes notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Littles's Vivaldo Palmeira. Vivaldo Palmeira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Serginho Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vivaldo Palmeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovani Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube Brasil's goalkeeper Biagio Furino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Lopes. 47 minutes into the match, Giovani Batista notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Littles's Vivaldo Palmeira. Vivaldo Palmeira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arlindo Silveira made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Paraná Clube Brasil's Zé Pedro Prestes got a free kick in the 57th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Littles's Diamantino Machado tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Arlindo Silveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivaldo Palmeira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. After some careless play in the Littles defense, Frederico Pontes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vivaldo Palmeira. The Littles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vivaldo Palmeira should have stopped the shot. Vivaldo Palmeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Batista in the 67th minute of the match. If Serginho Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Palmeira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isidoro Felipillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 71 minute of play. Vivaldo Palmeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arlindo Silveira went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. Giovani Batista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Vivaldo Palmeira made a huge save. 88 minutes into the game, Paraná Clube Brasil's Isidoro Felipillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vivaldo Palmeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. Giovani Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
