WMWILD1983FC's Acácio Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mete Gøl in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Halil Can Bahadıroğlu in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iurie Chiriacescu saved PIAUÍ FC from getting behind. In the 16th minute of the match WMWILD1983FC got a corner. PIAUÍ FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wiliam Vale ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wiliam Vale made a great header on WMWILD1983FC's corner, it was just that PIAUÍ FC's Iurie Chiriacescu managed to reach the ball for a save. 17 minutes into the match, PIAUÍ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Halil Can Bahadıroğlu came free, but Iurie Chiriacescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturhan Oytun in the 18th minute of play forced WMWILD1983FC's goalkeeper Acácio Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by WMWILD1983FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After 45 played minutes WMWILD1983FC got a freekick which was hit by Ke Jun Zhen. Baturhan Oytun scored 0-3 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Acácio Zonta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baturhan Oytun was the one to do the kick off. Acácio Zonta was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Guga Trancoso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Guga Trancoso really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After 61 played minutes WMWILD1983FC got a freekick which was hit by Acácio Meireles. 65 minutes into the match, WMWILD1983FC's goalkeeper Acácio Zonta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baturhan Oytun. Acácio Zonta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guga Trancoso in the 74th minute. After 79 minutes of play, PIAUÍ FC's Víktor Santos made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Acácio Zonta was left in no man's land by his defense there! PIAUÍ FC's Juninho Freitas was substituted for Baturhan Oytun. PIAUÍ FC's Fernandinho Mesquita was substituted for Demis Katsarolidis. WMWILD1983FC's Acácio Zonta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save WMWILD1983FC from getting a goal against them. Iurie Chiriacescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halil Can Bahadıroğlu in the 89th minute of play. Acácio Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guga Trancoso in the 91st minute of play. Acácio Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimir de Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juninho Freitas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Acácio Zonta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. PIAUÍ FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
