Ricardinho Rezende's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romeu Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute, João Francisco Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeu Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauan Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Fabiofs's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson dos Santos came free, but Alexander Hegg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gilvan Quirino came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Planet Caravan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilvan Quirino couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the match, Fabiofs's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson dos Santos came free, but Alexander Hegg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joãozinho Trints in the 26th minute of play forced Planet Caravan's goalkeeper Romeu Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeu Marques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cauan Batista's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The supporters of Fabiofs booed when Planet Caravan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anísio Saraiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Fabiofs's Daniel Regis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romeu Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Joãozinho Trints took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romeu Marques. Romeu Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 39th minute, Cauan Batista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fabiofs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After some careless play in the Planet Caravan defense, Joãozinho Trints kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeu Marques. The Planet Caravan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeu Marques should have stopped the shot. Alexander Hegg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hudson dos Santos in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bebeto Queirós was the one to do the kick off. Marcinho Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Romeu Marques made a huge save. Gilvan Quirino hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilvan Quirino in the 63rd minute of play forced Fabiofs's goalkeeper Alexander Hegg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Planet Caravan's zone, Joãozinho Trints stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeu Marques came out of the goal and Joãozinho Trints tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabiofs's Alexander Hegg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilian Mendonça in the 66th minute of play. Alexander Hegg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hudson dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fabiofs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bebeto Queirós was slow to take the kick. During this time Planet Caravan's players had a chance to rest. Planet Caravan's João Francisco Furtado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alexander Hegg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Romeu Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joãozinho Trints in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Planet Caravan's Bebeto Queirós got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Alexander Hegg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bebeto Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Dedê Vinhas made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fabiofs's Nelson Nogueira. Fabiofs's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
