Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael de Lara in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reginaldo Baiano took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Willian de Alcântara. Willian de Alcântara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Willian de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauro Gaspar in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Internacional de Almagro's Washington Lago ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Willian de Alcântara. Willian de Alcântara yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. 33 minutes into the game, Reginaldo Baiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Willian de Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute, Internacional de Almagro's Belmiro Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Willian de Alcântara. In the 43rdth minute of the game Belmiro Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Willian de Alcântara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfredo Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Germano Romero made a kick off. Willian de Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belmiro Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael de Lara in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute, Washington Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Henrique Nóbrega the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Henrique Nóbrega had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Washington Lago's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Willian de Alcântara on his right side and into the goal. 95 minutes into the game it was 10-1. Internacional de Almagro walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
