Carlos Augusto Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Zemantauskas FC defense, Aleksandr Krieser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Augusto Arósio. The Zemantauskas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Augusto Arósio should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Reha Pekel made a kick off. Carlos Augusto Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksandr Krieser in the 54th minute of play. Chinho FC's Dinei Mendonça was substituted for Celso Salles. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chinho FC's goalkeeper Jan Fleszar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aleksandr Krieser scored 0-10 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Augusto Arósio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksandr Krieser came free, but Carlos Augusto Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chinho FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
