Eugênio Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugênio Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chester Bennington's Sandro Meira was substituted for Artemio Argoitz. In the 35th match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugênio Lima to maneuver through the defense. Chester Bennington's Kauan de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Reha Pekel in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Arósio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandro Meira. The crowd rose to their feet as Chester Bennington's Rubinho Bertassi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlos Augusto Arósio. That made the score 3-0 after 41 minutes of play. Carlos Augusto Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Mager, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rubinho Bertassi made a kick off. Carlos Augusto Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Poyraz Sunay in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Rubinho Bertassi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chester Bennington fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After some careless play in the Zemantauskas FC defense, Poyraz Sunay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Augusto Arósio. The Zemantauskas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Augusto Arósio should have stopped the shot.
