Oliver Wikenburg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute Chiquinho Pombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Wikenburg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliver Wikenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Pombal in the 18th minute of play. Oliver Wikenburg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chiquinho Pombal went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Sanga funda's Oliver Wikenburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burak Onal in the 23rd minute of play. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Sanga funda's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thibault Delanoë took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Chiquinho Pombal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oliver Wikenburg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Chiquinho Pombal scored 0-4 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliver Wikenburg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oliver Wikenburg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burak Onal, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Lütfi Kutlubay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otávio Dionísio in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sanga funda's goalkeeper Oliver Wikenburg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sílvio Luís Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chiquinho Pombal in the 36th managed to get into a good position. Chiquinho Pombal might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oliver Wikenburg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chiquinho Pombal ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Thibault Delanoë got a free kick in the 59th minute. If Hudson Terra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chiquinho Pombal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Wikenburg having to interfere. Oliver Wikenburg made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Chiquinho Pombal sent off a good shot on target. The corner led Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Chiquinho Pombal to fire away a dangerous shot which Oliver Wikenburg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 68th minute, Chiquinho Pombal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sanga funda's Oliver Wikenburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chiquinho Pombal in the 72nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Sanga funda defense, Burak Onal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oliver Wikenburg. The Sanga funda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oliver Wikenburg should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sílvio Luís Corrêa during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 92 played minutes Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa got a freekick which was hit by Otávio Freitas. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chiquinho Pombal in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oliver Wikenburg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
