Gilberto Nogueira started the match with the kick off. Anísio Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artem Ustinov in the 4th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Aster Brasil Futebol Club's Luís Paulo Neto seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Luís Paulo Neto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Aster Brasil Futebol Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Luís Paulo Neto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Aster Brasil Futebol Club:s Anísio Souza showed great skill when he stopped Artem Ustinov:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Aster Brasil Futebol Club's Gilberto Nogueira got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 19 minutes of play, Diamond Crown FC's Artem Ustinov made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anísio Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anísio Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costin Verzea in the 22nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Aster Brasil Futebol Club defense, Artem Ustinov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anísio Souza. The Aster Brasil Futebol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anísio Souza should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute Aster Brasil Futebol Club were awarded a corner. Julio Lopes went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Julio Lopes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernardo Aguayo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes into the match, Diamond Crown FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Toscano came free, but Bernardo Aguayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Ernesto Toscano notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Diamond Crown FC's Bernardo Aguayo. Bernardo Aguayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Aster Brasil Futebol Club's Anísio Souza got control of the ball when Costin Verzea tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artem Ustinov got free with Anísio Souza in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oswaldo Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Bernardo Aguayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guto Paraense charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guto Paraense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Aster Brasil Futebol Club booed when Diamond Crown FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guto Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artem Ustinov to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Diamond Crown FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Arósio. Bernardo Aguayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Toscano in the 61st minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Artem Ustinov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aster Brasil Futebol Club's Anísio Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Diamond Crown FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Aguayo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute of the match Aster Brasil Futebol Club got a corner. Diamond Crown FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julio Lopes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Anísio Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costin Verzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After 79 minutes of play Diamond Crown FC's Guto Paraense was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 79th match minute, Diamond Crown FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guto Paraense to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 82 minutes, Claudinei Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aster Brasil Futebol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudinei Camargo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute, Costin Verzea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 96 played minutes Diamond Crown FC got a freekick which was hit by Artem Ustinov. In the 97th minute, Gernando Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Diamond Crown FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Aguayo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diamond Crown FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Aster Brasil Futebol Club for a fine match.
