The crowd rose to their feet as Gabi Orange kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jeremije Mirković. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. In the 15th minute, Thomás Terra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredinho Arósio in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Best Taffarel saved Muqui FC from getting behind. Best Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Sabóia in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Gabi Orange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremije Mirković saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Best Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Vizitiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremije Mirković made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Mai Chuan sent off a good shot on target. Best Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iuri Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matheus Brodel got free with Jeremije Mirković in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guillermo Quintana hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Wanderson Sabóia might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Best Taffarel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wanderson Sabóia ran back to his position shaking his head. After 46 played minutes EngTULIO&Tupipano got a freekick which was hit by Wanderson Sabóia. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabi Orange made a kick off. Jeremije Mirković showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio Velasco in the 52nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Vizitiu got free with Best Taffarel in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Best Taffarel managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when EngTULIO&Tupipano's Danilo Dodorol fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Danilo Dodorol had several of the Muqui FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 57 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Best Taffarel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Best Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danilo Dodorol's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jiří Jindrák got free with Best Taffarel in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Best Taffarel came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by EngTULIO&Tupipano's André Vizitiu. But to his dismay, André Vizitiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A hard shot 75 in the game by Danilo Dodorol from a close distance when the talented Best Taffarel managed to make a qualified save. Muqui FC's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matheus Brodel in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremije Mirković saved EngTULIO&Tupipano from getting behind. A collision led to Muqui FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. José Alberto Lisperguer hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Danilo Dodorol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Best Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3.
