João Augusto Terra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 8 minutes into the match, Uraricuera EC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardinho Pires came free, but Chiquinho Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Munhoz in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Augusto Terra saved GUARANI E.C. from getting behind. Chiquinho Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Pires in the 13th minute of the match. GUARANI E.C.:s João Augusto Terra showed great skill when he stopped 史挺宇:s penalty. Chiquinho Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Pires in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute Bernardinho Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, GUARANI E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Glauco Aparecido came free, but João Augusto Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Augusto Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Glauco Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute Anderson Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GUARANI E.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bernardinho Pires in the 38th minute. The audience was convinced that Pedro Munhoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Augusto Terra was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Sílvio Luiz Gonçalves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Augusto Terra having to make a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardinho Pires to strike the kick off in the second half. Renatinho Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Sílvio Luiz Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. João Augusto Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Munhoz in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Augusto Terra saved GUARANI E.C. from getting behind. João Augusto Terra came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Uraricuera EC's Pedro Munhoz. But to his dismay, Pedro Munhoz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. João Augusto Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glauco Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Glauco Aparecido scored 0-5 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Augusto Terra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, GUARANI E.C.'s João Augusto Terra got control of the ball when Glauco Aparecido tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Uraricuera EC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GUARANI E.C..
