With a little luck, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Jeremias Andrade got control of the ball when Lobo Zornoza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manfredo Soeiro hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Juvenal Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu-Maxim Claessens in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute Lobo Zornoza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Jonathan Gerber in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE's Claudinei Marquez. Jeremias Andrade made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Célio Fontes sent off a good shot on target. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Jeremias Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Heidemann FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Mathieu-Maxim Claessens blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juvenal Sergipano having to make a save. Jeff Hannemann kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Clemente Zanussi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juvenal Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Gerber in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Leopoldo Azevedo got a free kick in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu-Maxim Claessens in the 38th minute of play forced CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Juvenal Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Mathieu-Maxim Claessens in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE booed when Heidemann FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremias Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Célio Fontes went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Jeremias Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amado Froila's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's zone, Lobo Zornoza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Andrade came out of the goal and Lobo Zornoza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeremias Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lobo Zornoza in the 74th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Amado Froila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. CUITEENSE FUTEBOL CLUBE made a substitution. Kiko Tande replaced Célio Fontes. Jeremias Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kiko Tande's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Jeremias Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lobo Zornoza in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Heidemann FC - FSCMZ defense, Clemente Zanussi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Andrade. The Heidemann FC - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Andrade should have stopped the shot.
