When Elder de Toledo fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARGENTINO JNR's protests and gave Elder de Toledo a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes, Montalcino SE's Leonardo de Godoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damaso Rafel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Montalcino SE reached it. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, ARGENTINO JNR's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Espiridion came free, but Damaso Rafel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Espiridion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Rafel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. If Almir Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
