Silviu Filip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janek Koller in the 38th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Santos in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Quinton saved Winners from getting behind. After some careless play in the Winners defense, Felipe Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elpidio Quinton. The Winners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elpidio Quinton should have stopped the shot. Elpidio Quinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Janek Koller made the kick off in the second half. Elpidio Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Santos in the 51st minute of play. Felipe Santos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Elpidio Quinton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Santos got free with Elpidio Quinton in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute, Felipe Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elpidio Quinton was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 78thth minute of the game Zé Ruelas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Winners's Elpidio Quinton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Luís Fabiano Vidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vixi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Winners the free kick. After a rather tough play, Vixi FC's Luís Fabiano Vidal got a free kick in the 79th minute. Elpidio Quinton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zé Ruelas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 82 minute of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Vixi FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Winners side.
