Washington Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ronaldo Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronaldo Ferraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 梅响庭's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 27thth minute of the game 梅响庭 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Independência Futebol's Ronaldo Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, Mário Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 played minutes, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Yu Hong Yong shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ronaldo Ferraz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA reached it. When 梅响庭 came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 梅响庭 couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the match, Diego Di Toma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ronaldo Ferraz. Independência Futebol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Di Toma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's 梅响庭 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Dieguinho Sá was substituted for Washington Tasso. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivo Braga to make the kick off. Oscar Cardozo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Ronaldo Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Di Toma, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 70th minute of the match, 梅响庭 got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ronaldo Ferraz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 71 minutes into the match, Independência Futebol's goalkeeper Ronaldo Ferraz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Di Toma.
