OLIMPIA SP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Falcão de Andrade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Raimundo Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qu Jun Fei in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Falcão de Andrade in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raimundo Couto saved OLIMPIA SP from getting behind. In the 22nd minute of the match Bola Murcha got a corner. OLIMPIA SP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Qu Jun Fei ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bola Murcha's Qu Jun Fei was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Raimundo Couto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. OLIMPIA SP's Raimundo Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Etxekopar in the 27th minute of play. Cirilo Etxekopar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Couto having to interfere. When Falcão de Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Bola Murcha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Falcão de Andrade couldn't finish the play. Raimundo Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão de Andrade in the 38th minute of the match. Raimundo Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Bola Murcha's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Pontes came free, but Ivan Bobrov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44th play minutes Alexandre Amaral shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Ivan Bobrov and just under the crossbar into goal.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Cirilo Etxekopar got free with Raimundo Couto in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexandre Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of OLIMPIA SP booed when Bola Murcha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bola Murcha's zone, Alexandre Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Bobrov came out of the goal and Alexandre Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Falcão de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Raimundo Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. OLIMPIA SP's Percy Tróia was substituted for Inácio Moraes. After a defensive mix-up in Bola Murcha's zone, Andrézinho Bittencourt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Bobrov came out of the goal and Andrézinho Bittencourt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th match minute, Bola Murcha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Etxekopar to maneuver through the defense. OLIMPIA SP made a substitution. Rafael de Andrade replaced Marcelinho Madureira. Raimundo Couto made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Falcão de Andrade sent off a good shot on target. Cirilo Etxekopar struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Raimundo Couto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bola Murcha. Cirilo Etxekopar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raimundo Couto came out and tried to block the shot, but Cirilo Etxekopar slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 83rd minute. Falcão de Andrade in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raimundo Couto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 92nd minute, Zeruko Candela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Rafael de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bola Murcha's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
