The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Soeiro got free with Diguinho Toledo in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luiz Paulo Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute of the match Celsinho Perez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diguinho Toledo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dínamo São Paulo's Diguinho Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Dínamo São Paulo from getting a goal against them. Diguinho Toledo made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Denílson Tepedino sent off a good shot on target. Denílson Tepedino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diguinho Toledo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Diguinho Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Quinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diguinho Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diguinho Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Denílson Tepedino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diguinho Toledo. Denílson Tepedino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dínamo São Paulo's goalkeeper Diguinho Toledo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Ivarsson in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Moreno saved ADM Taquaras from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denílson Tepedino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Denílson Tepedino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diguinho Toledo having to make a save. Diguinho Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Áron Bódog in the 79th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Jeremias Moreno successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Diguinho Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denílson Tepedino's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Denílson Tepedino took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diguinho Toledo. Diguinho Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Denílson Tepedino sped through Dínamo São Paulo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Diguinho Toledo. After some careless play in the Dínamo São Paulo defense, Denílson Tepedino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diguinho Toledo. The Dínamo São Paulo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diguinho Toledo should have stopped the shot. ADM Taquaras's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
