Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) João Pedro de Amorim started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 6 played minutes Marxistas got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Txatxu. In the 7th minute, Betão Messias sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Marxistas's Vladimir Costa didn't even have to move. The audience was convinced that Antal Földes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimir Costa was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 12th minute of the match Adriano de Godoi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimir Costa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. TheGazette's Müjdat Semin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro de Amorim in the 14th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Antal Földes in the 16th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Müjdat Semin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro de Amorim in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, TheGazette's goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas Siqueira came free, but Müjdat Semin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Marxistas were awarded a corner. Eulalio Haritzeder went to the cornerflag to take it. Eulalio Haritzeder made a great header on Marxistas's corner, it was just that TheGazette's Müjdat Semin managed to reach the ball for a save. After 33 played minutes Marxistas got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Siqueira. The long shot by Adriano de Godoi in the 34th minute really tested Vladimir Costa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 38 minutes into the match, TheGazette's goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas Siqueira came free, but Müjdat Semin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jarbas Siqueira in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Müjdat Semin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Jarbas Siqueira put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Müjdat Semin. 44 minutes into the game, João Pedro de Amorim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Müjdat Semin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

After a rather tough play, Marxistas's Ricardo Carvalho got a free kick in the 50th minute. When Antal Földes came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the TheGazette fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Földes couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the match, TheGazette's goalkeeper Müjdat Semin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Pedro de Amorim. In the 57th minute, Betão Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimir Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Földes, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Vladimir Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanni Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Müjdat Semin made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Eulalio Haritzeder sent off a good shot on target. Antal Földes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TheGazette's Müjdat Semin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas Siqueira in the 68th minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Marxistas's Jarbas Siqueira in the 69th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Müjdat Semin was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for TheGazette through an amazing save. Müjdat Semin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarbas Siqueira's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. TheGazette's Müjdat Semin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save TheGazette from getting a goal against them. The supporters of TheGazette booed when Marxistas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Txatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 minutes of play, Marxistas's João Pedro de Amorim made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Müjdat Semin was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Marxistas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
