The corner ended in Bernardinho de Brito almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Acácio Gaspar did a great save. Acácio Gaspar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caetano De Bruyne's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Caetano De Bruyne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acácio Gaspar having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Caetano De Bruyne in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Acácio Gaspar saved Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Caetano De Bruyne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leão de Judá fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Acácio Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano De Bruyne in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Leão de Judá's Caetano De Bruyne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Acácio Gaspar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Acácio Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano De Bruyne in the 34th minute of play. Leão de Judá's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caetano De Bruyne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Leão de Judá's Caetano De Bruyne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Acácio Gaspar narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yoga Cura was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Bernardinho de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Leão de Judá's Caetano De Bruyne got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute Caetano De Bruyne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Luizinho Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesinha Pitta might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Acácio Gaspar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cesinha Pitta ran back to his position shaking his head. After 93 minutes, Pedro Ribeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร and the Leão de Judá players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Leão de Judá booed when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes in the game, Cesinha Pitta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Acácio Gaspar having to interfere. Alexander Mostovoi charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Mostovoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Mostovoi. Leão de Judá's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
