Jaime Almeida came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Hartmann Futebol Clube's Svante Magnusson. But to his dismay, Svante Magnusson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jaime Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeus Müller in the 16th minute of play. Ignacy Kinic's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jefferson Oliveira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacy Kinic in the 18th minute of play forced Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jefferson Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Zeus Müller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hartmann Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeus Müller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Jefferson Oliveira got control of the ball when Cristiano Messi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22 minutes Hartmann Futebol Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jiang Yi Chong who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ignacy Kinic almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hartmann Futebol Clube's Jefferson Oliveira did a great save. A collision led to Corinthians getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ignacy Kinic hit a great ball. Corinthians's Jaime Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faas Romário in the 26th minute of play. Jefferson Oliveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Messi in the 30th minute. Corinthians's Cristiano Messi came free and shot a quick shot against goal 30 minutes in the game, fortunately Jefferson Oliveira had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Messi got free with Jefferson Oliveira in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaime Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faas Romário in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Ignacy Kinic made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Jefferson Oliveira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jefferson Oliveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Corinthians were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Hartmann Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jiang Yi Chong took the corner. In the 45th minute, Iván Urtzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th match minute, Corinthians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şensoy Sualp to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute Zeus Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Messi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Ignacy Kinic fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corinthians's protests and gave Ignacy Kinic a yellow card for diving instead. One of Hartmann Futebol Clube:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Corinthians:s goal. Cristiano Messi took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jefferson Oliveira. Jefferson Oliveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 84 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Messi came free, but Jefferson Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Palmeira hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Anselmo Rosado shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jaime Almeida but with some difficulty. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Jefferson Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Vítor Ramos in the 89th minute of play. Jefferson Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, José Vítor Ramos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corinthians fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Corinthians fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hartmann Futebol Clube had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
