Alvin Arthur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, One Piece FC's goalkeeper Alvin Arthur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonel Leão. Waldemar Mineiro charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waldemar Mineiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Araçá F. C. made a substitution. Paulo José de Andrade replaced Javier Abalos. Waldemar Mineiro kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Alvin Arthur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joélson de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Paulo José de Andrade charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Alvin Arthur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilmar Vieira in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Oswaldo Maciel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Araçá F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave One Piece FC the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Skwira in the 21st minute of play forced Araçá F. C.'s goalkeeper Jefferson de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvin Arthur made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Nilmar Vieira sent off a good shot on target. Jefferson de Moraes came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by One Piece FC's João Paulo Peres. But to his dismay, João Paulo Peres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Araçá F. C.'s Jefferson de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Skwira in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Joélson de Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When One Piece FC's Lucjan Skwira in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Araçá F. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Jefferson de Moraes came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by One Piece FC's Lucjan Skwira. But to his dismay, Lucjan Skwira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nilmar Vieira to strike the kick off in the second half. Alvin Arthur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilmar Vieira in the 51st minute of play. Alvin Arthur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. João Paulo Peres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Jefferson de Moraes made a huge save. Oswaldo Maciel hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Nilmar Vieira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvin Arthur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After a rather tough play, One Piece FC's João Paulo Peres got a free kick in the 65th minute. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Araçá F. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 庄峰威 was slow to take the kick. During this time One Piece FC's players had a chance to rest. Lucjan Skwira made a great header on One Piece FC's corner, it was just that Araçá F. C.'s Jefferson de Moraes managed to reach the ball for a save. Jefferson de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Skwira in the 79th minute of the match. The corner led One Piece FC's Geovani Mandrak to fire away a dangerous shot which Jefferson de Moraes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alvin Arthur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joélson de Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the game, Araçá F. C.'s Joélson de Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvin Arthur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Alvin Arthur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Araçá F. C. booed when One Piece FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
