In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind MONTANHA's goalkeeper Andres van der Sar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute of the match Parfrente FC got a corner. MONTANHA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juarês Seco ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Giovani Netto managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After some careless play in the MONTANHA defense, Gildo Tinoco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres van der Sar. The MONTANHA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres van der Sar should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, MONTANHA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dom Erik fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Andres van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dom Erik in the 17th minute of the match. Parfrente FC's Zé Pedro Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wei Guang Xing in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gildo Tinoco in the 21st minute of play forced MONTANHA's goalkeeper Andres van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to MONTANHA getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Wei Guang Xing hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Giovani Netto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andres van der Sar. The goal made the score 2-0. After 31 played minutes MONTANHA got a freekick which was hit by Roger Guerra. The long shot by Juarês Seco in the 32nd minute really tested Andres van der Sar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Andres van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gildo Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Andres van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovani Netto in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of MONTANHA booed when Parfrente FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Lupașcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, MONTANHA's Afonso Cardozo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Pedro Marinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Afonso Cardozo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Pedro Marinho. Parfrente FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Cardozo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 45 minutes, 冰谷 陈奕迅 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parfrente FC and the MONTANHA players grew even worse after the yellow card. 冰谷 陈奕迅 kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Afonso Cardozo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zé Pedro Marinho. Parfrente FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wei Guang Xing was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Flávio de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dom Erik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres van der Sar having to interfere. Andres van der Sar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dom Erik went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Zé Pedro Marinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Czeslaw Walec in the 66th minute. After 67 minutes of play, MONTANHA's Czeslaw Walec made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Pedro Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the match, Parfrente FC's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Walec came free, but Zé Pedro Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Parfrente FC's Juarês Seco got a free kick in the 74th minute. Zé Pedro Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wei Guang Xing, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dom Erik in the 84th minute of play forced MONTANHA's goalkeeper Andres van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gildo Tinoco took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres van der Sar. Andres van der Sar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. The supporters of Parfrente FC booed when MONTANHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wei Guang Xing didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Benedito Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, MONTANHA's Murillo Martins got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Parfrente FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while MONTANHA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
