Emerson Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamil Baycan in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wei Fan Li got free with Emerson Paraíba in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thierry Henry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emerson Paraíba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Kamil Baycan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emerson Paraíba having to make a save. In the 19th minute, Falcão Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Isaak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emerson Paraíba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamil Baycan in the 27th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Emerson Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of BraveHeart Warriors booed when Jumeuc Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba got control of the ball when Kamil Baycan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match, Thierry Henry tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emerson Paraíba saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 37th match minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamilton Luis to maneuver through the defense. The corner led BraveHeart Warriors's Severino Paraíba to fire away a dangerous shot which Emerson Paraíba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thierry Henry charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thierry Henry the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes BraveHeart Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Thierry Henry. When Thierry Henry came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the BraveHeart Warriors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thierry Henry couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute of the match, Nuno Sabóia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emerson Paraíba was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kamil Baycan to strike the kick off in the second half. Kamil Baycan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Emerson Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Saldanha hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Wei Fan Li came free, but Emerson Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emerson Paraíba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Diguinho Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelino Saldanha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thierry Henry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Emerson Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wei Fan Li in the 84th minute of play. In the 89th minute Kamil Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BraveHeart Warriors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nuno Sabóia in the 91st minute. Emerson Paraíba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. BraveHeart Warriors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nuno Sabóia in the 96th minute. BraveHeart Warriors's Nuno Sabóia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emerson Paraíba in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
