Aristide Ciuvică's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Pedro Marinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Ciuvică in the 5th minute of play forced Parfrente FC's goalkeeper Zé Pedro Marinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jailson Aparecido was a little too slow when Dedê Alagoano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 11 minutes of play, México Eterno MZC's Aristide Ciuvică made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Pedro Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Aristide Ciuvică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Parfrente FC's Zé Pedro Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Ciuvică in the 16th minute of play. Aristide Ciuvică took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Pedro Marinho. Zé Pedro Marinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 27th minute, Aristide Ciuvică left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The México Eterno MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Dom Erik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Aparecido having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Parfrente FC's zone, Aristide Ciuvică stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Pedro Marinho came out of the goal and Aristide Ciuvică tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dieter Gamache blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Pedro Marinho having to make a save. When Parfrente FC's Dom Erik in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye México Eterno MZC's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Parfrente FC defense, Aristide Ciuvică kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Pedro Marinho. The Parfrente FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Pedro Marinho should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd match minute, Parfrente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flávio de Sena to maneuver through the defense. Zé Pedro Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristide Ciuvică, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Parfrente FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. México Eterno MZC were winning 1-4.

Tony Chaves replaced Ignacio Quiroga. The supporters of México Eterno MZC booed when Parfrente FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiquinho Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Diego Goiano threw the ball into play from the sideline. México Eterno MZC's Dieter Gamache quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Richart Richardsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Pedro Marinho having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Richart Richardsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. México Eterno MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Richart Richardsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Pedro Marinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 79 minutes into the match, México Eterno MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Dom Erik came free, but Jailson Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richart Richardsson in the 81st minute of play forced Parfrente FC's goalkeeper Zé Pedro Marinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Pedro Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richart Richardsson in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Richart Richardsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Pedro Marinho. Parfrente FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richart Richardsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. México Eterno MZC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
