Xanda FC's Ian Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Battal Gazi Bey in the 13th minute of play. The wind increased when Jailson Barral made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Xanda FC's Ian Melo got control of the ball when Eliézer de Queirós tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliézer de Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ian Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dito Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dito Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Genílson Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xanda FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Dito Guedes scored to the left of an out of position Ian Melo, making the score, 2-4. In the 86th minute, Dito Guedes made a precise shot to the right of Ian Melo. Xanda FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. The supporters of S O B E R A N O CIMZ booed when Xanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genílson Pontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xanda FC's Ian Melo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Xanda FC from getting a goal against them. When Umberto Martins fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xanda FC's protests and gave Umberto Martins a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Xanda FC's Umberto Martins got a free kick in the 94th minute.
