Hudson Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Goodman, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saul Goodman in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14th minute, Răzvan Jităreanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luiz Fabiano de Senna hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Hudson Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Goodman in the 18th minute of play. When Villa Verde FC's Saul Goodman in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Santo Amaro AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hudson Arósio should have stopped the shot. 34 minutes into the match, Villa Verde FC's Saul Goodman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hudson Arósio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Santo Amaro AC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erivaldo Borges was slow to take the kick. During this time Villa Verde FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Villa Verde FC's Erivaldo Borges to fire away a dangerous shot which Hudson Arósio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Răzvan Jităreanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hudson Arósio. Santo Amaro AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Răzvan Jităreanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 40 minutes into the match, Villa Verde FC's goalkeeper Feng Chao Wei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Hermes. 44 minutes into the match, Villa Verde FC's Saul Goodman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hudson Arósio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saul Goodman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Saul Goodman took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hudson Arósio. Hudson Arósio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 63rd minute of the match Villa Verde FC got a corner. Santo Amaro AC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erivaldo Borges ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Erivaldo Borges almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Santo Amaro AC's Hudson Arósio did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Guilherme Cearense in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Luís Guilherme Cearense could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Hudson Arósio however easily saved by the left post. Santo Amaro AC made a substitution. Leonel Arósio replaced Wincent Pawlik. Luís Guilherme Cearense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hudson Arósio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Villa Verde FC's Luís Guilherme Cearense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hudson Arósio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. If Luís Guilherme Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hudson Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Guilherme Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes of play, Villa Verde FC's Luís Guilherme Cearense made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hudson Arósio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís Guilherme Cearense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hudson Arósio came out and tried to block the shot, but Luís Guilherme Cearense slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Villa Verde FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Santo Amaro AC.
