In the 3rd minute Eduard Polozov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval da Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Wincent Pawlik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hudson Arósio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Alberto Kempes in the 11th minute. Durval da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Pawlik in the 13th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egídio Linhares in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hudson Arósio saved Santo Amaro AC from getting behind. Wincent Pawlik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval da Costa having to interfere. Eduard Polozov scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Durval da Costa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Warriors Máfia's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Polozov came free, but Durval da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santo Amaro AC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wincent Pawlik in the 25th minute. Wincent Pawlik made a great header on Santo Amaro AC's corner, it was just that Warriors Máfia's Durval da Costa managed to reach the ball for a save. Egídio Linhares struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Hudson Arósio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warriors Máfia. Hudson Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Alberto Kempes in the 31st minute of play. In the 39th minute Egídio Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hudson Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egídio Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 42 minutes, Cipriano Hermes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santo Amaro AC and the Warriors Máfia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Santo Amaro AC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Hermes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Polozov in the 46th minute of play forced Warriors Máfia's goalkeeper Durval da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, Warriors Máfia's Vito Bezerra seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vito Bezerra the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Warriors Máfia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vito Bezerra had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 48 minutes into the game, one of Warriors Máfia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Warriors Máfia:s Durval da Costa showed great skill when he stopped Wincent Pawlik:s penalty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Alberto Kempes to strike the kick off in the second half. Hudson Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Alberto Kempes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Durval da Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cipriano Hermes in the 61st minute. Durval da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Pawlik in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Polozov in the 66th minute of play forced Warriors Máfia's goalkeeper Durval da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wincent Pawlik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Warriors Máfia made a substitution. Antônio Carlos Moura replaced Válbson Mendes. A collision led to Warriors Máfia getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Cezary Matela hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Matela in the 75th minute of play forced Santo Amaro AC's goalkeeper Hudson Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hudson Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Alberto Kempes in the 82nd minute of play. Warriors Máfia's Durval da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Arósio in the 85th minute of play. Durval da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Polozov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Santo Amaro AC's Durval da Costa threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leonel Arósio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Santo Amaro AC's Hudson Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Matela in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Eduard Polozov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santo Amaro AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warriors Máfia the free kick. After 95 played minutes Santo Amaro AC got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Polozov. After a defensive mix-up in Santo Amaro AC's zone, Cezary Matela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hudson Arósio came out of the goal and Cezary Matela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 99thth minute of the game Mario Alberto Kempes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santo Amaro AC's Hudson Arósio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Warriors Máfia's Durval da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Polozov in the 101st minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Santo Amaro AC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
