With his leg Evandro Dracena managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Sipo EC's Décio Messias fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 35 played minutes Sipo EC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Luz. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Evandro Dracena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wanderson Porto's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Evandro Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Porto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evandro Dracena was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Figueirense - FSCMZ's Evandro Dracena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Luz in the 78th minute of play. Wanderson Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Rodolfo Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evandro Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
