Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esat Çeka in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Álvaro Gerber prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Esat Çeka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Álvaro Gerber was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Diamonds FC's Esat Çeka got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Esat Çeka dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Álvaro Gerber, 1-0. After 17 minutes, Esat Çeka made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Galileia FC's Álvaro Gerber tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Diamonds FC's Baltazar Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabian in the 22nd minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Luís Fabian notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Diamonds FC's Baltazar Diniz. Baltazar Diniz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Baltazar Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fabian in the 26th minute of the match. The supporters of Galileia FC booed when Diamonds FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Esat Çeka made a precise shot to the right of Álvaro Gerber. Galileia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 38th match minute, Diamonds FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehis Kruusamäe to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Shah Tan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Álvaro Gerber, 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Olentzaro to strike the kick off in the second half. Álvaro Gerber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shah Tan in the 55th minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, Diamonds FC's Shah Tan made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Álvaro Gerber was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nildo Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Shah Tan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Álvaro Gerber was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 64th minute, Luís Fabian reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Baltazar Diniz. The goal made the score 6-2. Shah Tan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shah Tan in the 74th minute of play forced Galileia FC's goalkeeper Álvaro Gerber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glauco Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Esat Çeka put it in 8-2 from a short distance just to the right of Álvaro Gerber. Álvaro Gerber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esat Çeka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Shah Tan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diamonds FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Shah Tan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Álvaro Gerber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Shah Tan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Galileia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Shah Tan came free, but Álvaro Gerber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Galileia FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Diamonds FC.
