That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. 8 minutes into the match, Valente FC's goalkeeper Dida Trigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseu Fonseca. Paolo Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 12 minutes into the game, Eliseu Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dida Trigo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute Paolo Guerrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Valente FC's goalkeeper Dida Trigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseu Fonseca. After 18 minutes of play, Saiko FC's Décio Dionísio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dida Trigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valente FC's Dida Trigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Valente FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Valente FC defense, Josué Gonçalves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dida Trigo. The Valente FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dida Trigo should have stopped the shot. Madaleno Baltanas kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Valente FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Valente FC:s Dida Trigo showed great skill when he stopped Walmir Garcia:s penalty. Dida Trigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walmir Garcia went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Valente FC's Dida Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Bati in the 36th minute of play. Walmir Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Dida Trigo made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Bati got free with Dida Trigo in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dida Trigo came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Saiko FC's Eliseu Fonseca. But to his dismay, Eliseu Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Valente FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eliseu Fonseca 47 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 8-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseu Fonseca made a kick off. Dida Trigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Josué Gonçalves went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Valente FC's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Gonçalves came free, but Dida Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dida Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Gonçalves in the 70th minute of the match. Dida Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Dida Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute, Eliseu Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dida Trigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. There was no doubt that Saiko FC were the better team. Saiko FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
