Torino SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esat Çeka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Noureddine Seret's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Luciano de Andrade firmly grabbed it by the left post. Chicão de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Sandaili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sílvio Luiz da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano de Andrade having to interfere. Torino SSA's Chicão de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esat Çeka in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Sandaili in the 29th minute of play forced Torino SSA's goalkeeper Chicão de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Torino SSA's Fellipe Luz got a free kick in the 30th minute. Eustaquio Sandaili scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chicão de Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sílvio Luiz da Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Luciano de Andrade made a huge save. In the 38th minute, Noureddine Seret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano de Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When Luan Lucas fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Torino SSA's protests and gave Luan Lucas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Torino SSA getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Luan Lucas hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Torino SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Sandaili came free, but Chicão de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Diamonds FC's Shah Tan got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sílvio Luiz da Costa was the one to do the kick off. Luciano de Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sílvio Luiz da Costa's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Luciano de Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Noureddine Seret received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Luciano de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noureddine Seret took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luciano de Andrade. Luciano de Andrade dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 66 minutes into the match, Torino SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Esat Çeka came free, but Chicão de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 minutes, Ernesto Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diamonds FC and the Torino SSA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ernesto Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Ernesto Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Torino SSA booed when Diamonds FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st match minute, Torino SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meta Noia to maneuver through the defense. Chicão de Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shah Tan in the 89th minute. Noureddine Seret received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Luciano de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Diamonds FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
