In the 6th minute, Dinei Leme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Donzela de Ferro FBPA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 9 minutes of play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Dinei Leme made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo Unai was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in BURITIS FC's zone, Dinei Leme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Unai came out of the goal and Dinei Leme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, BURITIS FC's Joel Pombal got a free kick in the 13th minute. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubens Reis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dinei Leme might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Unai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dinei Leme ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dinei Leme in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Unai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute Dinei Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Unai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Dinei Leme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Unai was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Dinei Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Dênis Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dinei Leme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Dinei Leme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Unai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Gustavo Unai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dinei Leme in the 55th minute. Dinei Leme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gustavo Unai made a huge save. A hard shot 58 in the game by Dinei Leme from a close distance when the talented Gustavo Unai managed to make a qualified save. BURITIS FC's players were relieved. When Dinei Leme came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Donzela de Ferro FBPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinei Leme couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of BURITIS FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Donzela de Ferro FBPA:s goal. The corner led Donzela de Ferro FBPA's César de Souza to a score. 0-5 in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, BURITIS FC's Agostinho Carneiro got a free kick in the 67th minute. Vito da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dinei Leme got free with Gustavo Unai in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the match, BURITIS FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Unai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinei Leme. Joel Pombal kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's attentive Fábio Barral managed to snatch the ball when Joel Pombal made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. Dinei Lemes short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Gustavo Unai to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubens Reis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 83 played minutes Donzela de Ferro FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Dinei Leme. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Unai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gustavo Unai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Leme in the 89th minute of play. Dinei Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gustavo Unai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinei Leme succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 94th playminute. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
