Henrique de Limas short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Valdir Pérez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 15 minutes into the match, Henrique de Lima dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valdir Pérez, 1-0. If Henrique de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez got control of the ball when Henrique de Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomás Amaral in the 21st minute. The corner ended in Tomás Amaral almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez did a great save. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's attentive Kutluay Ömürcan managed to snatch the ball when Agnaldo Tinoco made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Henrique de Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdir Pérez having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique de Lima in the 31st minute of play forced União Verde FC's goalkeeper Valdir Pérez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Henrique de Lima kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valdir Pérez. That made the score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Valdir Pérez made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Henrique de Lima sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute, Henrique de Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bebeto de Salles hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Henrique de Lima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valdir Pérez was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Henrique de Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, União Verde FC's Bebeto de Salles got a free kick in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrique de Lima was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes, Dany-Adams Mortier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Donzela de Ferro FBPA and the União Verde FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Donzela de Ferro FBPA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dany-Adams Mortier hit a great ball. União Verde FC's Agnaldo Tinoco shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carlos Germano but with some difficulty. After 60 minutes of play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Henrique de Lima made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdir Pérez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donzela de Ferro FBPA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomás Amaral in the 65th minute. The corner led Donzela de Ferro FBPA's César de Souza to a score. 4-0 in the 65th minute. União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César de Souza in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Henrique de Lima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdir Pérez was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Valdir Pérez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique de Lima in the 75th minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Henrique de Lima made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdir Pérez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Germano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Mendonça in the 79th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Henrique de Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdir Pérez. União Verde FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrique de Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Donzela de Ferro FBPA made a substitution. Víktor Peres replaced Henrique de Lima. After a rather tough play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Gilvan Dante got a free kick in the 90th minute. Víktor Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donzela de Ferro FBPA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
