The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Apocalipse FC's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dário Mesquita. Apocalipse FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Enéas Carneiro scored to the left of an out of position Gianluigi Buffon, making the score, 1-0. Gianluigi Buffon had great luck who in the 8thth minute grab hold of the ball when Dário Mesquita from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 11th minute, Nico Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gianluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Vulpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Gianluigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel McQuarrie in the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Apocalipse FC's Sérgio Machado got a free kick in the 18th minute. Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Apocalipse FC from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Apocalipse FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dário Mesquita was slow to take the kick. During this time Danone CC's players had a chance to rest. In the 33rd minute, one of Apocalipse FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Apocalipse FC. 38 minutes into the match, Apocalipse FC's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enéas Carneiro. In the 43rdth minute of the game Jeremias Velloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dário Mesquita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Jeremias Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Enéas Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Danone CC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enéas Carneiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gianluigi Buffon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Jeremias Velloso made a precise shot to the right of Gianluigi Buffon. Apocalipse FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. After having played for 69 minutes, Dário Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Danone CC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Mesquita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 minutes of play, Danone CC's Enéas Carneiro made it 10-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gianluigi Buffon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Enéas Carneiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gianluigi Buffon was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Ruy Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Apocalipse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel McQuarrie came free, but Gianluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danone CC's Cauã Toledo got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Danone CC made a substitution. Oséas Chaves replaced Geovanni de Alcântara. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Mesquita in the 87th minute of play forced Apocalipse FC's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gianluigi Buffon came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Danone CC's Cauã Toledo. But to his dismay, Cauã Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-1. After a defensive mix-up in Apocalipse FC's zone, Jeremias Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gianluigi Buffon came out of the goal and Jeremias Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Danone CC had played much better football throughout.
