In the 81st minute, Jimmy Örtendal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaltino Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. With a little luck, Matanza and Steelers's Renan Mendes got control of the ball when Jeremias Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute Danone CC were awarded a corner. Dário Mesquita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Danone CC's Fausto Senna to fire away a dangerous shot which Renan Mendes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wiliam Peixoto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Danone CC's goal looked a bit too open when Leysus Oktavianus came free, but Isaltino Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matanza and Steelers's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
