Rubinho Lago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester United FC. A collision led to Manchester United FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ľubomír Timčo hit a great ball. Simão de Toledo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. A long shot from Barnaba Kolba in the 17th minute of play was well struck, but Bruno Martini made a really good save at the right post. 19 minutes into the match, Barnaba Kolba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Martini. Manchester United FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barnaba Kolba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 22 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Kolba came free, but Bruno Martini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freek Tamminga in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rubinho Lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute Manchester United FC were awarded a corner. Simão de Toledo went to the cornerflag to take it. Simão de Toledo made a great header on Manchester United FC's corner, it was just that Callegari's Rubinho Lago managed to reach the ball for a save. Callegari's Rubinho Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim De Jonghe in the 34th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Rubinho Lago successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Callegari's Luís Fernando Laguna was substituted for Grigoris Gavril. Callegari's Taco Van Der Hoorn was substituted for Barnaba Kolba. 68 minutes into the game, Rui Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Callegari the free kick. The supporters of Callegari booed when Manchester United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marcelinho Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 73 minutes into the game, Callegari's Taco Van Der Hoorn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Martini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 84 played minutes Manchester United FC got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Zajac. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taco Van Der Hoorn in the 88th minute of play forced Manchester United FC's goalkeeper Bruno Martini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Callegari fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Manchester United FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Callegari.
