CORINTHIANS's Ronaldo Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adhemar Teles in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Brito in the 10th minute of play forced CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Ronaldo Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Fc's Joaquim Vianna got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Veiga in the 13th minute of play forced Phoenix Fc's goalkeeper Luís Fábio Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
