Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luiz Adriano started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Jaraguá FC's Luiz Adriano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tostão Arantes. Tostão Arantes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Tostão Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Di Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Jaraguá FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Adriano in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Czar Sporting's goalkeeper Tostão Arantes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valdir Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Carioca in the 17th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardinho Carioca in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valdir Ortiz saved Jaraguá FC from getting behind. Valdir Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Carioca in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Salgado in the 24th minute of play forced Jaraguá FC's goalkeeper Valdir Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdir Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Carioca in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Czar Sporting's goal looked a bit too open when Di Marinho came free, but Tostão Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Zé Roberto Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdir Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match Czar Sporting got a corner. Jaraguá FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zé Roberto Castro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Czar Sporting's Jerônimo Salgado to fire away a dangerous shot which Valdir Ortiz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Di Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tostão Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaraguá FC's Valdir Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Carioca in the 40th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Czar Sporting got a freekick which was hit by João Carlos Batista. Jaraguá FC were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Czar Sporting's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Adriano took the corner. After taking down the ball on Jaraguá FC's corner Luiz Adriano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tostão Arantes quite easily take care of the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Roberto Castro was the one to do the kick off. Leandro Brodel hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Zé Roberto Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdir Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Carioca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Czar Sporting's Fidencio Santander was substituted for Jerônimo Salgado. The supporters of Czar Sporting booed when Jaraguá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Délio Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Roberto Castro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Valdir Ortiz made a huge save. Valdir Ortiz was a little too slow when Zé Roberto Castro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 1-2. The supporters of Czar Sporting booed when Jaraguá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Délio Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Czar Sporting's André Luís Leal was substituted for Ricardinho Carioca. Délio Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. André Luís Leal came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Valdir Ortiz could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice moves André Luís Leal could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Valdir Ortiz however easily saved by the left post. Valdir Ortiz made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when André Luís Leal sent off a good shot on target. Jaraguá FC's Valdir Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Castro in the 81st minute of play. Valdir Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Roberto Castro in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute André Luís Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdir Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 89 in the game by Paulo Nunes from a close distance when the talented Valdir Ortiz managed to make a qualified save. Jaraguá FC's players were relieved. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Valdir Ortiz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Valdir Ortiz came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Czar Sporting's Fidencio Santander. But to his dismay, Fidencio Santander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Czar Sporting's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
