Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Genílson Leme took the kick off in the first half of the match. With his leg Wiliam Prado managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Encanto's Fabinho Pernambucano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 8th minute, Wilson Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Encanto's zone, Silvério Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nico Tasso came out of the goal and Silvério Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 15 minutes, Wilson Zanette mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Athletis PR and the Encanto players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Athletis PR's Wilson Zanette got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Marco de Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wiliam Prado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabinho Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wiliam Prado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léo Travassos in the 21st minute. After 25 played minutes Athletis PR got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Valladares. Silvério Fernandez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nico Tasso having to make a save. 30 minutes into the match, Athletis PR's Silvério Fernandez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nico Tasso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Encanto defense, Genílson Leme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nico Tasso. The Encanto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nico Tasso should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Encanto's goal looked a bit too open when Silvério Fernandez came free, but Nico Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Encanto's Nico Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genílson Leme in the 40th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Encanto's goal looked a bit too open when Silvério Fernandez came free, but Nico Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Bernardinho Paes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encanto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardinho Paes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabinho Pernambucano to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Silvério Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Athletis PR's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvério Fernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nico Tasso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 55 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Kondysar. The crowd rose to their feet as Athletis PR's Genílson Leme slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nico Tasso. That made the score 0-2 after 56 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Encanto's Léo Travassos got a free kick in the 60th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Encanto's goalkeeper Nico Tasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genílson Leme. Nico Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvério Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Osvaldinho Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Encanto's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldinho Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiliam Prado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Athletis PR made a substitution. Stig-Ove Alebeck replaced Silvério Fernandez. Athletis PR made a substitution. Breno Marquez replaced Nafarroa Hormeño. Athletis PR made a substitution. Luís Gustavo de Mendonça replaced Marco de Moraes. When Stig-Ove Alebeck came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Athletis PR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Ove Alebeck couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Lucjan Kondysar hit a great ball. Athletis PR's Ciro Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Breno Marquez hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute Fabinho Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nico Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Ove Alebeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Lucjan Kondysar hit a great ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Athletis PR were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Encanto side.
