The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beila Mora in the 6th minute of play forced Matadores FC's goalkeeper Aloísio Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Gerson Bueno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sócrates Silva took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aloísio Abreu. Aloísio Abreu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Beila Mora struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Aloísio Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Austra 04 VFC. In the 13th minute, Sócrates Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Austra 04 VFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Aloísio Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sócrates Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rdth minute of the game Sócrates Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 25 in the game by Nilton Fontes from a close distance when the talented Hudson Gaúcho managed to make a qualified save. Austra 04 VFC's players were relieved. Aloísio Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beila Mora in the 30th minute of play. If Gerson Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Austra 04 VFC's Hudson Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Carneiro in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Beila Mora came free, but Aloísio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Erivaldo Moreno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Nilton Fontes made the kick off in the second half. Aloísio Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wellington Pires in the 52nd minute of the match. Austra 04 VFC's Hudson Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilton Fontes in the 53rd minute of play. Aloísio Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Erdem Zekai in the 60th minute of play. Aloísio Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sócrates Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Austra 04 VFC were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Matadores FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sócrates Silva took the corner. After taking down the ball on Austra 04 VFC's corner Radu Tremurici fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aloísio Abreu quite easily take care of the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Radu Tremurici lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Aloísio Abreu. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Sócrates Silva took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Aloísio Abreu to make any attempt to save it. Beila Mora spun around in front of the goal 68 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Matadores FC's goal. Sócrates Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Aloísio Abreu made a huge save. 76 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goalkeeper Aloísio Abreu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beila Mora. In the 79th minute Austra 04 VFC were awarded a corner. Zachary Madej went to the cornerflag to take it. Douglas Tande made a great header on Austra 04 VFC's corner, it was just that Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 81st match minute, Matadores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Reis to maneuver through the defense. Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Matadores FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Matadores FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Gernando Hermes hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Pollard came free, but Aloísio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Matadores FC's Gerson Bueno got a free kick in the 86th minute. Austra 04 VFC's Marcus Pollard got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aloísio Abreu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ahmet Erdem Zekai showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 91 minute of play. Aloísio Abreu made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Marcus Pollard sent off a good shot on target. The Austra 04 VFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
