Sócrates Silva was slow to take the kick. During this time Austra 04 VFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Austra 04 VFC's Sócrates Silva to fire away a dangerous shot which Tang Quan Yan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tang Quan Yan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wellington Pires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Codruț Luncașu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hudson Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Mendes in the 22nd minute of play. If Ahmet Erdem Zekai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Pires came free, but Tang Quan Yan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tang Quan Yan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wellington Pires in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wellington Pires in the 30th minute of play forced Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalkeeper Tang Quan Yan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Hudson Gaúcho made a huge save. Tang Quan Yan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wellington Pires's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wellington Pires in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tang Quan Yan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 40 minutes into the match, Austra 04 VFC's Sócrates Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tang Quan Yan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wellington Pires in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tang Quan Yan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Narciso Mendes during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Narciso Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Tang Quan Yan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Pires in the 47th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Wellington Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot. Austra 04 VFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wellington Pires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tang Quan Yan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Tang Quan Yan made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Wellington Pires sent off a good shot on target. Austra 04 VFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sócrates Silva in the 54th minute. Ahmet Erdem Zekai was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 57 minutes into the match, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalkeeper Tang Quan Yan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beila Mora. In the 59th minute of the match Ahmet Erdem Zekai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tang Quan Yan skillfully saved the ball. Tang Quan Yan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wellington Pires in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wellington Pires got free with Tang Quan Yan in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomé Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tang Quan Yan having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Beila Mora could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Tang Quan Yan however easily saved by the left post. In the 68th minute Wellington Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tang Quan Yan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Wellington Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tang Quan Yan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zachary Madej hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Austra 04 VFC's Marcus Pollard was substituted for Sócrates Silva. After a rather tough play, Austra 04 VFC's Zachary Madej got a free kick in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalkeeper Tang Quan Yan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wellington Pires. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcus Pollard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tang Quan Yan. That made the score 0-2 in the 89 minute of play. Austra 04 VFC's Douglas Tande shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tang Quan Yan but with some difficulty. Tang Quan Yan came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Austra 04 VFC's Marcus Pollard. But to his dismay, Marcus Pollard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Austra 04 VFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
