When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rogério Arce sped through Magnistar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Júnior Queirós. Pedro Paulo Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauã Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Magnistar booed when Calangos do Cerrado-DF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. 倪康岚 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Magnistar's Cauã Carneiro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Paulo Vieira was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 21 played minutes Calangos do Cerrado-DF got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Montenegro. If Kacper Deput had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magnistar's Júnior Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Arce in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogério Arce in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júnior Queirós saved Magnistar from getting behind. After 30 minutes Magnistar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sebastian Messi who took care of the corner kick. Cristian Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Júnior Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Calangos do Cerrado-DF got a freekick which was hit by Artur Nogueira. Cristian Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júnior Queirós having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Pedro Paulo Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauã Carneiro in the 54th minute of the match. If Cauã Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Magnistar's zone, Rogério Arce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júnior Queirós came out of the goal and Rogério Arce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 68 played minutes Magnistar got a freekick which was hit by Aílton Loureiro. When Cristian Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Calangos do Cerrado-DF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Montenegro couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd match minute, Calangos do Cerrado-DF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. When Cauã Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Magnistar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauã Carneiro couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Calangos do Cerrado-DF were awarded a corner. Sebastian Messi went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Sebastian Messi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Júnior Queirós quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Calangos do Cerrado-DF getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Rogério Arce hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Aílton Loureiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Magnistar's supporters rose to their feet, but Aílton Loureiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Paulo Vieira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calangos do Cerrado-DF were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
