The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aílton Loureiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vincent McGorrie came out and tried to block the shot, but Aílton Loureiro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save SERRANO from getting a goal against them. Aílton Loureiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vincent McGorrie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã Carneiro in the 17th minute of play forced SERRANO's goalkeeper Vincent McGorrie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save SERRANO from getting a goal against them. SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save SERRANO from getting a goal against them. SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelson Abraão in the 22nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Magnistar's Vincent McGorrie threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cauã Carneiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vincent McGorrie came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Magnistar's Guaberto Frasquito. But to his dismay, Guaberto Frasquito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Baltazar de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Agnaldo Perez might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aírton Penha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agnaldo Perez ran back to his position shaking his head. Vincent McGorrie came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Magnistar's Aílton Loureiro. But to his dismay, Aílton Loureiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 任洋凡 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Vincent McGorrie made a huge save. When Enéas Moreira fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SERRANO's protests and gave Enéas Moreira a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SERRANO's Enéas Moreira got a free kick in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the SERRANO defense, 任洋凡 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vincent McGorrie. The SERRANO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vincent McGorrie should have stopped the shot. Olavo Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cauã Carneiro was the one to do the kick off. SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 任洋凡 in the 51st minute of play. In the 56th minute, Cauã Carneiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vincent McGorrie was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. A collision led to SERRANO getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Breno Rocha hit a great ball. After 61 minutes of play, Magnistar's Cauã Carneiro made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincent McGorrie was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute Nelson Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent McGorrie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enéas Moreira got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 75 minutes into the match, SERRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Aílton Loureiro came free, but Vincent McGorrie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Magnistar booed when SERRANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agnaldo Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Cauã Carneiro made a precise shot to the right of Vincent McGorrie. SERRANO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. After a rather tough play, SERRANO's Arthur Neves got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, SERRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Cauã Carneiro came free, but Vincent McGorrie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincent McGorrie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aílton Loureiro in the 82nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aílton Loureiro in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vincent McGorrie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the SERRANO defense, Cauã Carneiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vincent McGorrie. The SERRANO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vincent McGorrie should have stopped the shot. 任洋凡 scored 11-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vincent McGorrie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vincent McGorrie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauã Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Magnistar walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
